About the role
We are seeking an experienced Rent Review Surveyor to join our landlord and tenant team in London’s West End. The role involves managing commercial rent reviews, ensuring they are completed on time and at market rates.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor external agents to guarantee timely settlement of rent reviews.
- Conduct a number of rent reviews in‑house for our tenant portfolio.
- Collaborate with the wider rent review team to track rental growth performance and evaluate agent KPIs.
- Calculate and analyse Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) at the rent review date.
- Provide ERV data to internal teams for strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Proven experience in commercial rent reviews.
- Team‑player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Familiarity with property management databases is desirable.
