Rental Customer Advisor – Edinburgh

About the role

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor to join our Edinburgh Sighthill Car & Van Rental branch. You will work as part of a busy Arnold Clark team delivering high‑quality service to customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistently excellent customer care in person and by phone.
• Use communication and organisational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
• Monitor and control expenditure.
• Run daily reports and act on them.
• Promote the branch and a positive customer experience.
• Occasionally cover other branches when required.

Required profile

• Strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and covering other branches.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Availability to work part‑time weekends (Saturday 7:30‑4:30, Sunday 8:30‑4:30).
