Rentals Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Rentals Administrator to join our Leeds team and support the delivery of vehicle rental services. You will work closely with the fleet management team to ensure collections, deliveries and swaps are processed accurately while providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create, activate and close rental schedules in the online system.
• Arrange vehicle collections, deliveries and swaps according to customer requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and vehicle records and process related transactions.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, supporting a shared inbox.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks and carry out ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health‑and‑safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative role.
• Methodical, process‑driven with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak periods.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
