Repack Team Member – Night Shift

About the role

Join GXO Logistics as a Repack Team Member on the night shift, supporting the Kraft Heinz warehouse in Wigan. You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly by repacking, loading and unloading customer orders between 22:00 and 06:00.

Key responsibilities

• Repack customer products to specification using manual and semi‑automated processes.
• Build promotional stands, re‑tray products, re‑stack pallets and perform quality checks.
• Load and unload vehicles, complete associated paperwork and replenish stock.
• Maintain stock rotation, pallet top‑ups and accurate inventory records.
• Follow health, safety and HACCP procedures to ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience with an understanding of inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible night‑shift patterns (Sunday‑Thursday or Monday‑Friday).
• Commitment to high health, safety and operational standards.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
