Repair Operative – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Join a busy Royal Mail mail processing centre in Milton Keynes as a Repair Operative. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, handling a variety of tasks to ensure parcels are correctly prepared for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, weigh and label products according to daily orders.
• Ensure all packages are securely sealed and meet customer specifications.
• Log shipping, order and label paperwork accurately.
• Use smartphones and handheld devices to scan, sort and prepare orders.
• Handle, install, position and move materials to optimise inventory.
• Compare invoices with received items to verify shipments.
• Maintain product organization, rotation and safety standards.

Required profile

• Good level of physical fitness for a hands‑on role.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts.
• Ability to pass a DBS criminal background check.

What we offer

• Competitive pay at £13.02 per hour.
• Fixed‑term contract until 02/10/2026.
• Monday‑Friday shifts, 08:00‑16:00.
• Immediate start date.
