Repairs Administrator / Coordinator

About the role

As a Repairs Administrator / Coordinator based in Leeds, you will manage day‑to‑day repair requests, acting as the main liaison between tenants, contractors and the property team. This position supports the smooth operation of a not‑for‑profit property organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Log and track repair requests from tenants, ensuring accurate records.
• Coordinate with contractors to schedule and monitor repair works.
• Provide regular updates to tenants and the property team on repair progress.
• Ensure all repair activities comply with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate reports on completed and ongoing repairs.
• Resolve repair‑related queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general administrative tasks for the property team.
• Contribute ideas to improve repair request processes.

Required profile

• Experience in property administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with office software for record‑keeping and scheduling.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
