About the role
You will play a key role in delivering a superior responsive repairs service, logging and progressing repairs, coordinating with contractors and keeping customers well informed. You will act quickly on safety concerns, support prompt void turnaround and ensure all actions are accurately recorded.

Required profile
- Calm, organised and resilient under pressure.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with clear communication.
- Ability to follow detailed processes and solve problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using IT systems.
- Experience in repairs, construction, housing or a customer‑facing property role, or willingness to learn.
