Repairs Scheduler – Electrical Compliance (3‑month contract)

About the role
We are seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join the property services team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is based in Padiham, Lancashire and involves planning and coordinating electrical compliance work for residential properties.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule electrical compliance works, including EICRs, remedial tasks and follow‑on repairs.
- Allocate jobs to contractors and engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Manage diaries and appointments to maximise productivity and minimise missed visits.
- Reschedule appointments as needed to reduce disruption for tenants.
Required profile
- Experience in scheduling or coordinating electrical compliance or property maintenance work.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple diaries.
- Ability to work on‑site five days a week in Padiham.

What we offer
- £14.50 per hour PAYE (or £19 per hour on an umbrella arrangement).
- Three‑month contract with potential for extension.
