About the role
We are seeking a highly organised, customer‑focused Repairs Scheduling Officer to join our Housing Services team in Glasgow. You will play a vital part in delivering efficient housing repairs by coordinating and scheduling work for tradespeople and liaising with tenants and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate responsive, planned and void property repairs.
- Manage appointments and reschedule works when priorities or resources change.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping tenants informed throughout the repairs process.
- Monitor job progress, maintain accurate records and support performance reporting.
Required profile
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience in housing repairs or property maintenance.
- Background in scheduling, administration or workload coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good IT proficiency and confidence using scheduling or job‑management systems.
