Repairs Systems Product Lead

About the role

Southwark Council is seeking a Repairs Systems Product Lead to drive continuous improvement of its housing repair services. You will act as the product owner for key repair platforms, ensuring they deliver reliable, resident‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ownership and continuous improvement of the council’s repairs systems.
• Translate service requirements into system enhancements and manage a clear roadmap.
• Oversee supplier relationships, system performance, and data quality.
• Ensure systems are secure, well‑managed, and provide accurate insight.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support decision‑making, improve productivity and demonstrate value for money.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing ICT or housing repairs systems.
• Good understanding of repairs environments, contractor management and performance reporting.
• Confidence working with data to produce meaningful insight.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
