Replenishment Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Replenishment Supervisor to join the store management team at Booker in North Weald. You will lead a team responsible for keeping shelves stocked, minimizing waste and ensuring product availability for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reduce stock loss by identifying and addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.
• Control replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, proper space allocation and accurate inventory records.
• Oversee goods receiving and maintain security in the receiving area.
• Collaborate with stock control and other departments to maintain optimal product availability.
• Communicate expectations and goals to the team to drive performance.

Required profile

• Tenacious and results‑driven with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communicator who can set clear expectations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
