Reporting Analyst Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst Assistant to support a major engagement with a London-based financial services firm. The position is permanent, full-time and fully remote, allowing you to work from home while contributing to our advisory practice. You will help keep project rhythms and records accurate, timely and easy to understand.

Key responsibilities

• Gather weekly status updates from team leads and compile them into a central project log.
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets tracking progress of management goals.
• Draft concise notes from planning sessions, highlighting ownership and next steps.
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting decks, ensuring charts and tables are correct.
• Monitor meeting schedules and distribute pre-read materials to the right participants.
• Audit digital project folders for proper naming and storage.
• Verify data points against source documents to catch inconsistencies before client delivery.
• Flag potential delays or missing information to lead consultants.

Required profile

• Comfort working with numbers and basic logic.
• Ability to write clearly and directly without corporate jargon.
• Strong organizational habits for managing tasks and digital files.
• Careful approach to data, preferring double-checking over speed.
• Professionalism in a remote setting, including clear communication and punctuality.
