Reservations Agent – Inbound & Outbound Sales

About the role

As an Inbound & Outbound Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings for self‑storage solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment, using a customer‑first approach to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads who have requested a quote via the website.
• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking quotations or advice on storage options.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs and recommend tailored storage solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to close, aiming to secure business on the first call.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the sales system accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven telesales experience, preferably in a high‑volume call‑centre environment.
• Strong persuasion and closing abilities, with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport rapidly.
• Results‑driven, comfortable working under pressure and meeting performance metrics.
