About the role
Join a premium optical practice in North London as a Resident Optometrist. Working 16 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays, you will deliver high‑quality eye examinations and create a personalised experience for each patient.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
- Recommend suitable spectacle lenses based on lifestyle and visual needs.
- Educate patients about eye health and prescriptions.
- Advise on lens options, including varifocals.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout each consultation.
- Support and train retail team members on optical knowledge.
- Assist with spectacle collections and quality checks when required.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
Required profile
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Digital Phoropter.
- Experience using an Autorefractor.
- Competence in operating a Slit Lamp.
- Ability to perform Visual Fields testing.
