Resident Services Associate – Build-to-Rent (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Resident Services Associate to join a high‑end Build‑to‑Rent development in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a welcoming and professional service while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for all residents and visitors.
• Handle resident enquiries, complaints and parcel deliveries promptly and efficiently.
• Log all communications and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Conduct routine inspections of communal areas and amenities.
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with contractors and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Follow health and safety procedures and uphold building standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, lettings administration, or a similar role within Build‑to‑Rent or student accommodation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
