Residential Conveyancer – 2+ Years PQE, Competitive Salary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly team in Bedfordshire. The role involves managing a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio while supporting junior colleagues and developing business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership, new build purchases, and lease extensions or variations.
• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Support junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Develop local business relationships and identify cross‑referral opportunities across the firm.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
