Residential Conveyancer – Ashford (Hybrid)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its award‑winning team in Ashford. The role offers a blend of office‑based work with hybrid flexibility, allowing you to manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to clients throughout each transaction.
• Supervise and mentor junior or support staff as required.
• Assist with marketing, networking and business development initiatives.
• Cover for colleagues during absences to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and risk procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with conveyancing law and market trends.

Required profile

• Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or strong equivalent experience.
• Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently.
• Confident use of case management systems and digital workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client‑care focus.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally.
• Collaborative and supportive team player.
