Residential Conveyancer – Braintree

About the role

Join a well‑established, growing law firm with a strong presence in Essex. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while benefitting from the support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to post‑completion.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Deal with general residential conveyancing matters and ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with local clients and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience.
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Client‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, proactive, commercially minded and comfortable in a full‑time office environment.
• Interest in networking and business‑development opportunities.
