Residential Conveyancer – Cheshire

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join a leading national law firm’s property team in Cheshire. You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, focusing solely on high‑quality legal work and client care.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing (Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer).
• Strong technical knowledge of varied residential property matters.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
