About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join our thriving team in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Prepare and review deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchase agreements.
• Provide client advice from instruction through to completion.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and legislation.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy team.
• Interest in business development and networking.
