Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid/Flexible Working

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a progressive law firm with a strong reputation across South Wales, Bristol and the wider West Country. The role offers autonomy, a varied caseload and regular client contact within a supportive property team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Draft contract packs, review legal documentation and raise/respond to enquiries.
• Prepare client reports, manage exchanges and completions.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential property.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organisational and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a forward‑thinking environment.
