Residential Conveyancer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy, rapidly growing conveyancing team in Farnham, Surrey. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing practical advice and excellent client care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advise on remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Review titles, searches and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review contracts and transfer documents.
• Communicate clearly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, lender and internal requirements.
• Support and guide junior members of the Residential Conveyancing team.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Proven experience managing an independent caseload.
• Commitment to high standards of client service and professional development.

• Salary between £40,000 and £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
