Residential Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established residential team in Benfleet, Essex. You will manage a full and varied caseload of property transactions, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and compliant conveyancing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Maintain a full caseload of properties with values ranging from modest to high‑value transactions.
• Provide clear, timely communication to clients, solicitors and mortgage lenders.
• Ensure all documentation complies with current legislation and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior legal consultants and support staff to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with 1‑5 years of case‑handling experience in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality client service.
• Willingness to develop professionally within a supportive team environment.
