Residential Conveyancer – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing Leeds office. You will manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgage transactions.
• Manage transfers of equity.
• Oversee new‑build property transactions.
• Assist with shared‑ownership matters where required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and estate agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Excellent client‑care and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a close‑knit team.

Required skills

• Freehold and leasehold transaction handling.
• Remortgage processing.
• Transfers of equity.
• New‑build transaction management.
• Shared‑ownership conveyancing (desirable).
