About the role

An established Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its central Leeds office. The role offers a supportive, forward‑thinking environment with clear pathways for professional development and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handle both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high client service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and conveyancing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload.
