Residential Conveyancer – Remote (5+ yrs PQE)

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a respected firm on a fully remote basis. You will manage your own caseload, deliver exceptional client service and work within a supportive team that values professionalism and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.
• Manage a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
• Meet personal and team billing, gross profit and cash‑recovery targets.
• Manage the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write‑off parameters.
• Ensure files are opened, progressed and managed according to internal processes and any agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate client, matter and enquiry data and use case management systems effectively.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to targets.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
