Residential Conveyancer Solicitor (4+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing/Property Solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience to join a well‑respected firm in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. You will manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload, working with high‑net‑worth clients and delivering a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters for a diverse client base.
• Manage a full caseload, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Provide specialist advice to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property law and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing or property law.
• Proven case‑handling abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients is essential.
• Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.
