About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its expanding residential property team in Hale. This full‑time position offers the chance to manage a varied portfolio of property transactions while contributing to the firm’s reputation for gold‑standard client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre‑exchange to completion.
• Provide advice on sales, purchases, plot sales and developer‑led transactions.
• Deliver clear, commercially‑focused guidance to local, national and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational standards.
• Support junior team members and share knowledge to enhance overall capability.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge of property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.
