Residential Conveyancer – Swindon

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team in Swindon. The successful candidate will handle residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing expert legal advice to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Oversee new‑build transactions, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Technically strong with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Commercially aware and client‑focused.
- Proactive, self‑motivated relationship builder.
