Residential Conveyancer – Swindon

About the role

We are partnering with a newly established, forward‑thinking law practice in Swindon to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The role is office‑based with one day per week of remote work, offering the chance to shape and grow a dynamic team while delivering high‑quality property transactions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and lenders to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest professional standards throughout each matter.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing residential conveyancing independently.
• Proven ability to take files from instruction to completion with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent client‑care and communication abilities.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non‑qualified fee earner.

Required skills

• Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, equity transfers, remortgages and new‑build processes.
