Residential Conveyancer – up to £45,000 DOE

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Blackburn, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team. The role offers the chance to manage a full caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment while delivering high‑quality legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of residential property matters.
• Draft, review and ensure compliance of all legal documentation.
• Conduct searches, raise enquiries and liaise with estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties.
• Maintain excellent client communication throughout each transaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in conveyancing law and practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Client‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adaptable to new legal technologies.
