Residential Conveyancer – Up to £60k + Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our well‑established conveyancing team in Wells. You will work within a supportive, family‑like firm that values long‑term career progression and a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, practical advice while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the wider property team and support commercial property work where relevant.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Organised, self‑motivated and commercially minded.
