Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (2+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our well‑established Scottish law firm. You will work within a collaborative property team, handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and building long‑term relationships with our loyal client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle residential sales and purchases, transfers of title, and re‑mortgages/refinancing transactions.
• Deal with general residential property matters and provide support for cross‑border property transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver a seamless, client‑focused service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience.
• Holder of the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Qualification.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver exceptional client service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, proactive and personable.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
