Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience to join our West Midlands team. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions.
• Conduct property searches, title investigations and draft or review contracts and related legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, fellow solicitors and other parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Provide clear legal advice and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of two years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and current legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case‑management systems and standard legal software.
