Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Hybrid – Somerset

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join our property team in Somerset. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing clear advice and liaising with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new‑build deals and shared‑ownership/Help to Buy matters.
• Ensure files progress efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Provide practical, client‑focused advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to business‑development initiatives and support client‑relationship growth.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and share knowledge when needed.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with proven experience managing residential conveyancing independently.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent client care.
• Professional, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
