Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Birmingham‑based practice. You will work independently on a variety of property transactions, contributing to a team that values integrity, client focus, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage freehold, leasehold, new‑build and remortgage conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Provide clear, client‑focused advice and maintain proactive communication throughout each case.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and support staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in property law.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor.
• Proven ability to handle residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong client‑service orientation and proactive approach.

Required skills

• Competence in managing freehold, leasehold, new‑build and remortgage cases.
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
