Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Hybrid, Dorset

About the role

A highly regarded Dorset law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full residential conveyancing portfolio, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
• Provide expert advice on Residential Property and Land Law matters.
• Meet strict deadlines and support junior team members in their development.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Property law.
• Proven ability to manage a complete conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of Residential Property and Land Law.
• Confident working to deadlines and supporting junior colleagues.
• Business development experience is advantageous.
