Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role
An established, forward‑thinking law firm in Brighton is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This full‑time, permanent position is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with NQ/PQE experience who thrives in a busy, client‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 15–20 new residential conveyancing files each month.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
- Work on remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Provide support for new‑build and shared‑ownership work where required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communicator able to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Commercially minded and confident in supporting business‑development initiatives.
- Proactive and organised approach to workload management.
