• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

• Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities for personal and departmental development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Efficient at managing multiple cases simultaneously.
