Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQE+)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (NQE+) to join our growing Kent‑based law firm. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality residential conveyancing services while maintaining strong client relationships and manageable caseloads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle new build transactions, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity and Right to Buy matters.
• Provide clear client communication and advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures.
• Work collaboratively with senior partners and support staff to achieve timely completions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with NQE+ status.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and client‑care focus.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing.
• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Understanding of new build and shared ownership processes.
