About the role

We are a newly established, high‑quality conveyancing practice in East Sussex looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team. The role offers the chance to shape a modern practice from the ground up while working from beautiful offices with a strong operational foundation and a steady pipeline of quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Provide clear, practical, commercially‑minded legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate conveyancing documentation.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support business development, referrals and networking activities.
• Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the firm.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (Level 6) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical ability and excellent case‑management skills.
• Commercially aware with a client‑first mindset.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and committed to long‑term growth.
