Residential Development Fee Earner – Real Estate Solicitor

About the role

Join a leading Real Estate team that specialises in residential development and is recognised in Tier 3 of the Legal 500. As a Residential Development Fee Earner you will support developer clients throughout the full lifecycle of development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on strategic site acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate conditional contracts, options and promotion agreements.
• Manage planning applications and Section 106 agreements.
• Oversee infrastructure and utility arrangements for development sites.
• Conduct plot sales and ongoing site disposals.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex transactions and client interactions.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, FILEX or CILEX with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience in real estate, focusing on residential development.
• Proven track record of managing complex real‑estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property development processes, including land acquisition, planning and sales.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
