Residential Property Associate – High‑Value Transactions

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Associate to join a leading regional law firm in Lymington. The successful candidate will handle high‑value residential property transactions for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, working on a varied and technically demanding caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of premium residential sales and purchases, including country houses, waterfront properties and listed buildings.
• Resolve complex title issues and advise on transactions involving substantial land.
• Structure and negotiate sophisticated funding arrangements.
• Deliver time‑critical and technically challenging matters across the South Coast, London and the South East.
• Contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues and support department growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential property law.
• Proven experience handling high‑value transactions and complex title work.
• Strong client‑focused approach with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to a collaborative, supportive team environment.
