Residential Property Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a well‑established law firm in Bristol. You will manage a full residential conveyancing portfolio from instruction to post‑completion, working within a supportive and professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post‑completion.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of client care.
• Work to tight deadlines, progressing files efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with legal secretaries, paralegals and trainee staff.
• Provide support and supervision in the Legal Director’s absence when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters with solid knowledge of property law.
• Qualified solicitor preferred; FCILEx or CLC qualification is a plus.
• Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail and effective prioritisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Proactive, adaptable and confident under pressure.
