About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified Residential Property Lawyer to join a busy, full‑service law firm in Central London. The role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid model, allowing you to work from the office and from home two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Handle residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Advise on matters arising under the Building Safety Act.
- Assist with re‑mortgage arrangements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality client service.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a focus on residential property law.
- Strong understanding of sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, and re‑mortgage processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per year.
- 25 days of annual leave plus a bonus scheme (10% on fees above target, paid quarterly).
- Flexible working hours (e.g., 8 am‑4 pm or 10 am‑6 pm) and hybrid working.
