Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of varied residential transactions with autonomy.
• Utilise legal technology to deliver end‑to‑end digital conveyancing for clients.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and support team members.
• Take direct instructions, building strong relationships with clients and referrers.
• Accurately scope and price work, seeking senior guidance when needed.
• Contribute to business development and cross‑team initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx member.
• Experience in residential property law within a law‑firm environment.
• Strong organisational and client‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑led setting.
• Eagerness to support business development and networking efforts.
