Residential Property Solicitor – Conveyancing Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join a reputable, multi‑office law firm’s residential property team in East London. The role involves managing a high volume of conveyancing matters and contributing to business development.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 25‑35 new residential conveyancing instructions each month, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
- Manage both freehold and leasehold matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
- Liaise with clients, lenders and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Support the growth of the office by participating in business‑development activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle a diverse range of transactions.
- Willingness to engage in business development and office expansion initiatives.
- Full‑time, office‑based availability.
