About the role
We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy conveyancing team in Herne Bay. The role involves handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build and Help to Buy matters.
- Handle remortgages, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements.
- Support business development by building relationships with local estate agents.
- Attend community events to promote the firm.
