About the role

Join a leading residential real‑estate team advising high‑net‑worth individuals, family‑owned property companies, landed estates and private clients on complex, high‑value property matters in London.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sale, purchase and financing of premium rural and urban residential property transactions.
• Handle high‑value acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Provide tax‑driven property restructuring, probate‑related transactions and matrimonial property advice.
• Support development work, collective enfranchisement, right‑to‑manage claims and specialist advisory projects for universities.
• Collaborate across practice areas to deliver commercially focused advice and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record in high‑value residential property work within a reputable firm.
• Experience advising high‑net‑worth clients and strong client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
