About the role

Join a leading residential real‑estate team advising high‑net‑worth individuals, family‑owned property companies and landed estates on complex, high‑value property matters in London.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sale, purchase and financing of rural and urban residential property transactions.
• Handle high‑value acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Provide tax‑driven property restructuring, probate‑related transactions and matrimonial property advice.
• Support development work, collective enfranchisement, right‑to‑manage claims and university housing assistance schemes.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver commercially focused advice and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
• Strong background in high‑value residential property work from a well‑regarded firm.
• Experience advising high‑net‑worth clients and family‑owned property entities.
• Excellent technical ability, client relationship skills and confident communication.
• Proven drafting, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities; ability to manage complex matters efficiently.
